How much storage do you need?
Make room for the photos, apps and everyday things you want to keep.
Start with what you use
Open Settings, then General and iPhone Storage on your current phone. Look at how much space you use and which apps take up the most. This is a useful starting point when comparing capacities.
Leave room to grow
Think about what you keep on the device: photos, downloaded music, games or offline videos. Choose enough space for your current library and future additions. Cloud storage can help, but consider what you need without a connection.
Compare the exact configuration
